About the Role
This role supports HR leadership in executing talent strategy for business units and functions, focusing on organization design, workforce KPIs, and implementing HR programs.
Key Responsibilities
- →Enable and support BU/Function leaders in bringing ServiceNow values to life
- →Assist HRBP leadership with driving initiatives aligned to business strategy
- →Design and deliver HR programs and policies functionally and regionally
- →Develop action plans to improve employee engagement
- →Provide HR policy, process, and program advice and coaching
- →Drive business processes like Performance Management and talent review
- →Support Org Design initiatives ensuring legal compliance
- →Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities for acquired entities
- →Support people managers and employees with complex activities
- →Advise on regulatory requirements and employee needs
- →Innovate and optimize HR processes and products
- →Partner with employee relations to address sensitive matters
- →Provide escalated assistance to Global People ticketing team
- →Act as a culture champion to drive employee engagement
Requirements
- ✓Experience supporting HRBP leadership in talent strategy
- ✓Knowledge of organization design and restructuring
- ✓Understanding of workforce KPIs and metrics
- ✓Ability to develop and implement HR programs
- ✓Strong coaching and advisory skills
- ✓Experience with performance management systems
- ✓Knowledge of employment regulations and compliance
- ✓Ability to handle sensitive employee matters
- ✓Experience with HRIS systems and data analysis
- ✓Strong communication and interpersonal skills
