About the Role
We are looking for a Healthcare Market Access Specialist to engage with UAE healthcare payers and providers. This role involves leveraging local expertise to share critical market insights and tailor key account strategies to enhance AbbVie's performance across its portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop a deep understanding of business opportunities and decision-making processes across key accounts.
- →Communicate anticipated payer decision-making drivers and identify unmet needs to support comprehensive analysis.
- →Provide insights and market intelligence to help brand teams anticipate and prepare for future challenges.
- →Establish strong partnerships with payers to identify potential access barriers and align with account objectives.
- →Negotiate and finalize contracting and tendering outcomes for improved product access.
- →Create tailored strategies and engagement plans for each account to optimize access to AbbVie’s products.
- →Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of activities to enhance the impact on the bottom line.
- →Develop and deliver impactful presentations and business reviews to internal stakeholders.
- →Build detailed account plans, including risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
- →Coordinate and facilitate business meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
- →Track market trends, new policies, and regulations affecting healthcare access and reimbursement.
- →Foster continuous improvement by gathering feedback from accounts and driving actionable change internally.
