About the Role
Reporting to the Marketing Director, the incumbent will be responsible for achieving brand sales objectives and driving market share growth.
Key Responsibilities
- βAchieve responsible brand sales objectives, units and value, and market share
- βCollaborate with Brand Team and In-Field Team members to facilitate cross-stakeholder discussions
- βSecure input and cross-stakeholder viewpoints to develop a robust and accurate Patient Journey
- βEnsure all functional deliverables are consistent with branding and deliver emotional messages aligned to Brand Story
- βGuide the design and implementation of all marketing activities
- βLead the development of marketing inputs to the Strategic Brand Plan
- βMonitor brand KPIs, manage budget and brand P&L, and track ROI measurements
- βDevelop and maintain effective business relationships with key customers and KOLs
