About the Role
We are seeking an IT Systems & Support Specialist to serve as a critical technical resource for Abby Care's globally distributed team. This role will ensure the seamless operation, security, and support of our core infrastructure and business applications.
Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as the primary point of contact for all Level 1 and Level 2 technical issues
- →Administer the centralized ticketing portal, managing the entire ticket lifecycle
- →Provide cross-functional support on applications and systems across all departments
- →Perform Level 1/2 support for Salesforce, including user management and basic troubleshooting
- →Administer employee onboarding, offboarding, and departmental transfers
- →Create and maintain high-quality documentation for key systems and support processes
- →Assist in the lifecycle of corporate devices including ordering, assignment, and maintenance
- →Utilize Mobile Device Management platforms to secure corporate devices and enforce security policies
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of professional experience in IT support or System Administration
- ✓Hands-on experience supporting and administering Salesforce
- ✓Proven expertise with Google Workspace administration
- ✓Experience managing mixed Mac OS and Windows OS environments
- ✓Practical experience with Network troubleshooting
- ✓Familiarity with MDM principles and enterprise solutions
- ✓Exceptional Customer Service skills
- ✓Detail-oriented and organized with strong time management skills
- ✓Willingness to work US EST hours with flexibility for emergency support
