About the Role
We are looking for a high-ownership, execution-driven Product Manager to help build the next generation of care delivery software at Abby Care. Youβll play a critical role in shaping how care is delivered, managed, and scaled across our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- βOwn end-to-end product execution, taking full ownership of complex product areas from problem discovery to delivery and iteration
- βTranslate real-world care workflows into intuitive, reliable, and scalable product experiences
- βBuild AI-assisted care delivery systems that improve care quality and operational efficiency
- βInnovate alongside the broader care ecosystem by collaborating with providers, payors, and regulators
- βRaise the bar for product thinking and execution, inspiring cross-functional collaboration
Requirements
- β3+ years of professional experience as a product manager
- βStrong ability to distill complex input into clear, well-prioritized roadmaps and requirements
- βExperience owning and shipping impactful products end-to-end
- βExperience building AI-powered and/or automation-driven products
- βExperience delivering products across web and mobile
- βExcellent written and verbal communication skills
- βExperience building internal tools, workflow products, or data-heavy systems
