About the Role
We are looking for a Channel Sales Manager to join our team at Abnormal Security. This role focuses on leveraging channel partners to drive growth and sales productivity in the information security sector.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive collaboration and engagement with partners via account mapping sessions
- →Develop Partner Account Plans
- →Execute channel-marketing events with marketing teams
- →Recruit and onboard new partners
- →Support sales teams with mapped accounts
- →Maintain strong relationships with key information security channel partners
- →Resolve conflicts between partners, reps, and customers
- →Leverage other departments including Sales Engineering, Marketing, BDRs, Product, and Customer Success
Requirements
- ✓15+ years of experience leveraging channel partners to drive growth and sales productivity
- ✓Detailed methodology for driving activities that generate partner-sourced pipeline and bookings
- ✓Strong relationships with key information security channel partners
- ✓Highly analytical and detail-oriented
- ✓Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- ✓Ability to adapt to different personalities within a partner organization
- ✓Organizational skills to manage inquiries and tasks effectively
- ✓Grit to find success in an early-stage environment
- ✓Understanding of how to leverage other departments for support
