About the Role
We are looking for a Cloud DevOps Engineer to join Accenture Federal Services, a technology company within global Accenture. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining secure cloud-based systems and applications through infrastructure as code and automation scripting.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and implement secure cloud-based systems and applications, including infrastructure as code (IaC) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
- →Build, deploy, and troubleshoot cloud-native applications in AWS environments
- →Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation
- →Create and maintain automation scripts using Bash, Python, or PowerShell to streamline operations and deployments
- →Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements, including NIST 800-53, DISA STIGs, and FedRAMP
- →Collaborate with development teams to integrate security into the development lifecycle
- →Implement and maintain security controls, including identity and access management (IAM), encryption, and network security
- →Automate deployment, scaling, and monitoring of applications and services
- →Work with a variety of cloud native tools to add capabilities and secure the platform
- →Troubleshoot complex technical issues across all layers of the technology stack
Requirements
- ✓3 years of experience in DevOps engineering or cloud platform engineering
- ✓1 year of experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or similar) and CLI
- ✓3 years of experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g.: Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation)
- ✓3 years of proficiency with Bash, Python, or other scripting and automation technologies
- ✓Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or 4+ years of relevant job or military experience in lieu of degree
- ✓DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification or higher (Sec+, CISSP, CASP, etc.) or DoD 8140 equivalent
