About the Role
We are seeking a SAP Application Developer Lead to join Accenture Federal Services, a technology company within global Accenture. This role involves leading complex business and system analysis, design, coding, and testing for SAP applications.
Key Responsibilities
- →Translate business area customer information into detailed enterprise application design
- →Interact with SAP Functional Consultants and client team members to perform analysis of alternatives and provide recommendations
- →Prepare programming specifications, diagrams, and coding logic flowcharts for enterprise application modifications and installations
- →Manage a team, including mentoring and training junior team members
Requirements
- ✓7+ years of SAP ABAP and/or Fiori/UI5 and/or BTP development experience
- ✓Extensive experience in SAP project management
- ✓Proficiency in project planning, resource allocation, and risk management
- ✓Experience in mentoring and developing team members
- ✓US Citizens only (no dual citizenship or OCI Holders)
- ✓Q Clearance and/or Top Secret clearance required
- ✓Ability to travel up to 75%
