About the Role
ShiftKey is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the translation layer that connects their platform to external scheduling and workforce systems. This role focuses on developing a scalable, universal integration ecosystem to address healthcare staffing shortages.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive scalable, API-first solutions by setting clear boundaries against bespoke customization requests
- →Lead the strategy for our middleware (SAMI) to enable seamless data exchange with external systems
- →Turn complex business needs into clear technical execution, including API design and data mapping
- →Track integration success through adoption and retention metrics
- →Maintain a strategic view of the HR tech landscape to identify competitive integration opportunities
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, Marketplaces, or Platform products
- ✓Deep comfort with API specifications, Postman, and debating architecture trade-offs
- ✓Track record of managing trade-offs between speed-to-market and platform stability
- ✓Direct experience troubleshooting integrations and managing breaking changes
- ✓Focus on revenue and adoption with the ability to quantify past integration impacts
