About the Role
We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join our team at Accurx, a fast-growing healthcare technology company. This role is mission-critical and central to shaping the core communication infrastructure of the NHS, enabling faster, safer, and more accessible patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build an extensible integrations framework to interoperate with existing healthcare systems
- →Manage the process and mechanisms used by the team to deliver on their commitments
- →Ensure goals are achievable with appropriate assessment and decomposition of work
- →Guide technical direction and champion best practices around code quality
- →Lead and grow your team, supporting recruitment, development, and performance reviews
- →Collaborate with other engineering managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment
Requirements
- ✓Strong technical background with experience in C# or Java
- ✓Experience in user-centric, multidisciplinary teams
- ✓Strong business mindset to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- ✓Delivery-focused with experience in agile teams
- ✓Understanding of best practices around monitoring and service health
- ✓Strong management experience overseeing the full employee lifecycle
