About the Role
We are looking for a Training Manager to join our team at Accurx, a fast-growing healthcare technology company. This role focuses on helping NHS organizations and care providers successfully adopt our products, enabling better patient communication and improved care outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- →Guide customers through their journey with our tools, providing clear, practical training and ongoing support
- →Monitor adoption and engagement throughout the contract, ensuring our products are fully embedded in clinical practice
- →Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers, helping them get the most from our products
- →Lead change and enable adoption during major operational transitions
- →Increase engagement and adoption by leading enablement programs
- →Improve the onboarding experience by proactively identifying risks and opportunities
- →Use insights to drive outcomes by combining quantitative data and qualitative customer feedback
- →Enable long-term success by embedding scalable, repeatable processes and learning frameworks
- →Deliver impactful initiatives by proactively owning and implementing cross-functional projects
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience working in a SaaS, product-led company
- ✓Experience leading large-scale implementations and onboarding initiatives
- ✓Strong customer relationship management skills
- ✓Ability to explain product functionality in a practical and relevant way
- ✓Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- ✓Data-informed decision-making skills
