About the Role
We are looking for a Product Designer to join our team at Achieve, where you'll help people move from surviving to thriving with digital personal finance solutions. This role focuses on creating next-level products backed by data and consumer-centric strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with product managers, designers, engineers, marketers, and researchers to understand user needs and contribute to business objectives
- →Build and develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- →Translate business goals and regulatory constraints into clear, intuitive, and compliant user experiences
- →Influence product strategy by identifying opportunities and advocating for the user
- →Conduct competitive explorations and leverage conversion best practices
- →Use and evolve our design system to maintain consistency and scalability
- →Facilitate design workshops and collaborative activities
- →Mentor other designers and support their growth
Requirements
- ✓Strong fintech experience
- ✓Ability to partner deeply with Product and Engineering
- ✓Experience with end-to-end product journeys
- ✓Proficiency in creating user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
- ✓Understanding of regulatory constraints in financial products
- ✓Experience with design systems and documentation
- ✓Ability to conduct competitive explorations and apply conversion best practices
