About the Role
Achievers is seeking a French or German speaking Sales Development Representative to join their team and launch their sales career. This role offers autonomy to control your sales strategy while connecting with HR leaders in large enterprise companies.
Key Responsibilities
- →Conduct creative prospecting through various channels including physical mailer, video, phone call, email, and social media
- →Partner with Account Executives to fill their pipeline and develop your skills
- →Manage and overcome objections in sales conversations
- →Maintain active engagement with accounts through follow-up communications
- →Research, map, and build new and existing accounts
- →Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives
- →Achieve quarterly quotas of meetings and qualified opportunities
Requirements
- ✓1 year of experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar
- ✓Proficiency in speaking French or German
- ✓Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- ✓A 'never stop learning attitude'
- ✓Experience in creative email writing for outbound prospecting
- ✓Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- ✓Preferable experience using Salesforce and other prospecting tools
- ✓Interest in a successful sales career with a goal of becoming a closing Sales Rep
