About the Role
We are looking for a Community Manager to join our team at The Oaks, a 181-unit community in Reynoldsburg, Ohio. This role involves overseeing community operations and leading the onsite team to achieve budgeted objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- →Maintain strategic awareness of community requirements related to facilities and performance
- →Collaborate with the Recruiter and Regional Manager to recruit and interview candidates
- →Provide leadership, coaching, and supervision for the leasing and maintenance teams
- →Create site-level meeting frameworks for clear team communication
- →Function as decision maker for resident and prospect concerns
- →Evaluate and manage property occupancy and financial performance
- →Implement and execute marketing strategies with the leadership team
- →Ensure efficient maintenance operations including unit turns and service requests
- →Manage site-level Capital Expenditure projects
- →Perform various job functions as needed to meet operational demands
Requirements
- ✓Availability to work full-time: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm + at least one Saturday per month
- ✓2+ years of residential property management or relevant leadership experience
- ✓Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) certification preferred
- ✓High school diploma or equivalent required - Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- ✓Ability to meet community financial goals
- ✓Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft office
- ✓Experience with Yardi Voyager, Rent Café, and CRM preferred
- ✓Understanding of Fair Housing laws and standards
- ✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills
