About the Role
Action Property Management is seeking a Luxury Door Host to join the team at The Carlyle Residences luxury high-rise in Los Angeles. This role serves as a critical first point of contact, delivering refined five-star service and setting the tone for excellence throughout the property, with a clear growth path to Concierge for hospitality professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- →Deliver consistent five-star service and ensure a welcoming arrival experience for residents and guests
- →Oversee the front driveway and entrance, directing traffic and coordinating with valet operations
- →Escort residents and guests, assist with luggage and packages, and maintain cleanliness of front areas
- →Perform valet duties including parking, retrieving, and relocating vehicles
- →Cross-train at the front desk and provide Concierge coverage as needed, including access control and package distribution
Requirements
- ✓Must be over 18 years old and pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- ✓Minimum 6 months of customer service experience; hospitality or luxury experience preferred
- ✓Must be willing to valet and cross-train across door host, valet, and front desk functions
- ✓Valid California Driver's License required
- ✓Polished professional appearance and demeanor with positive team-oriented attitude
- ✓Strong judgment with solutions-oriented mindset and proactive service-driven approach
