About the Role
Action Property Management is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead hiring for critical roles including Community Managers, General Managers, and Executive positions. This strategic role requires strong outbound sourcing, networking, and relationship building skills to attract top-tier talent.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead full-cycle recruitment for management, executive, and complex roles
- →Proactively source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and outbound strategies
- →Build and maintain leadership pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- →Partner with Regional Managers and senior leaders as a trusted advisor
- →Attend networking events and recruitment initiatives
- →Drive searches with urgency and minimal oversight
- →Influence, negotiate, and close top talent
- →Hire with intention, balancing skills, leadership, and cultural fit
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of recruiting experience, with focus on management/executive roles
- ✓Proven success with outbound sourcing and engaging passive candidates
- ✓Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
- ✓Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
- ✓High initiative, resilience, and urgency
- ✓Ability to travel within the U.S.
- ✓Bachelor’s degree preferred
