Key Responsibilities
- →Collaborate with internal and partner stakeholders to gather, document and analyze business requirements
- →Develop process maps, user stories, and functional specifications
- →Identify gaps in business processes and recommend improvements
- →Conduct impact assessments of proposed changes
- →Facilitate meetings and workshops to capture requirements and validate solutions
- →Support the creation of test plans, test cases, and conduct user acceptance testing
- →Provide end user training and supporting documentation
- →Configure and customize Acumatica ERP/CRM modules based on business requirements
- →Design and implement workflows, recommend security roles and data structures
- →Develop custom reports or dashboards with Acumatica
- →Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to handle software updates
- →Stay updated on Acumatica’s latest features and recommend upgrades
Requirements
- ✓Experience in business analysis and requirements gathering
- ✓Strong understanding of ERP/CRM systems, particularly Acumatica
- ✓Ability to develop process maps and functional specifications
- ✓Experience with test planning and user acceptance testing
- ✓Knowledge of workflow design and data structures
- ✓Familiarity with reporting tools and dashboard development
- ✓Ability to coordinate with development and testing teams
- ✓Experience with PMO artifacts and RACI matrix
