→Collaborate with product leadership to align roadmap to business goals, product vision, and strategy
→Speak with customers and partners as well as internal teams to understand how our tools are used to meet real-world scenarios
→Create, maintain, and present external product roadmaps
→Document the benefits of planned features and present information to senior management
→Execute new product release activities and coordinate across the entire organization
→Review functional design documents and work with the development team on project plans
→Document new features and communicate benefits to partners and customers
→Identify early adopters and manage the beta release process
→Review documentation and training materials and provide feedback to Education teams
→Review Quality Assurance output to ensure customer needs are met
→Train internal support and services teams on new product capabilities
→Prepare and monitor quality metrics and drive improvements
→Document and present conceptual ideas and design rationale
→Ensure sales and partners conduct proper discovery and analysis of customer projects
→Become the subject matter expert on reporting, document management, data visualization, search, and other tools
→Resolve escalations from support, customer success, and implementation teams
→Work with support to identify knowledgebase topics and assist with writing articles

✓Background in Manufacturing and Distribution
✓Proven experience in product management
✓Experience delivering B2B SaaS solutions to market
✓Strong understanding of technologies applied to build complex business solutions
✓Ability to create, manage, and deliver product roadmaps
✓Experience engaging with customers, support, sales, developers, and external ISVs
✓Ability to prepare market requirements documents
✓Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
