About the Role
We are looking for a Motion Designer to join our growing digital publishing house, Mediatech. You will create engaging visual content for paid social campaigns and help maintain brand consistency across our platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design static and motion creatives for paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok)
- →Rapidly adapt existing assets and create new iterations to meet urgent paid marketing campaign needs
- →Localize motion and static assets for different markets and languages
- →Maintain brand consistency across motion graphics and static assets
- →Optimize assets for performance by testing variations and iterating quickly
- →Explore and integrate generative AI & other tools to speed up production and prototype new video concepts
Requirements
- ✓Motion design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating animation skills and editing techniques
- ✓Experience working with paid social ads and understanding of basic performance marketing concepts
- ✓Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and other motion tools; strong Adobe CC skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere)
- ✓Solid understanding of animation principles and visual effects
- ✓Curiosity and enthusiasm for generative AI/video tools and willingness to experiment
- ✓Experience in generating AI videos would be a benefit
- ✓A strong eye for detail and brand consistency across motion graphics
- ✓Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- ✓Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast environment
- ✓Excellent communication and feedback-handling skills
- ✓Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
