About the Role
PermitFlow is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to help scale our team and support our rapid growth. This role is central to our hiring strategy and will work closely with leadership to attract exceptional talent.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for both technical and non-technical roles
- →Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to identify top-tier candidates
- →Partner with leadership to implement data-driven talent acquisition strategies
- →Screen candidates, advise hiring managers, and track internal SLAs
- →Report on key recruiting metrics and suggest actionable improvements
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- ✓Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment
- ✓Strong sourcing skills and ability to build candidate pipelines
- ✓Experience using Ashby ATS for recruitment management
- ✓Ownership mentality with focus on process improvement
