We are looking for a Brand Designer to help shape how Tandem is presented to the world. You'll elevate our brand through craft, clarity, and originality, contributing to how Tandem looks, feels, and communicates as we scale.

Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience leading and designing interactive brand experiences
- ✓Excellent visual craft, interaction design, and art direction, with a strong instinct for motion
- ✓A track record of independently delivering work as well as influencing the work of other designers, contractors, and agencies
- ✓The kind of eye for detail and love for the craft that shows up in everything you touch
- ✓High NPS with your former teammates
