About the Role
Adyen is seeking a strategic Global Demand Generation Manager to drive our global demand generation initiatives. This role will lead end-to-end global campaigns spanning the full customer journey, from awareness to advocacy.
Key Responsibilities
- →Align with Product Marketing and the Studio to bring our content roadmap to life
- →Define the channel mix, content type, and KPIs for our content strategy
- →Run horizontal awareness campaigns on a pillar level, championing our POVs
- →Liaise with digital marketing to support global media plans and distribution
- →Own global email nurture streams for platform segments
- →Work closely with our Customer Marketing Manager on customer growth initiatives
- →Report on campaign performance, leveraging analytics tools
- →Test a multitude of channels and KPIs to determine optimal media plans
- →Work closely with local demand generation managers on campaigns to be scaled locally
Requirements
- ✓5-8 years of experience in a demand generation role, with B2B marketing experience
- ✓Proven experience delivering creative and successful marketing campaigns
- ✓Channel experience across LinkedIn and YouTube
- ✓Data-driven, analytical mindset with experience in data-driven optimizations
- ✓Experience in a global role, supporting a multitude of stakeholders
- ✓Great project management and communication skills
- ✓Balance between strategic and hands-on: From developing a strategy to execution and optimization
- ✓Fluent spoken and written English
- ✓Ability to travel domestically and internationally 20%+
