About the Role
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager, Paid Social to join Solace, a healthcare patient advocacy startup. This role focuses on scaling our paid social acquisition engine across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own Meta performance end-to-end across campaign strategy, structure, testing, and budget allocation
- →Build a feedback loop with integrated marketing and creative teams
- →Monitor and diagnose full-funnel performance across platforms
- →Partner with CRO Specialist to align ad messaging with landing pages
- →Own paid social tracking and measurement including pixel/CAPI health
- →Collaborate with Data/Analytics to improve reporting and channel insights
- →Manage our expansion into TikTok and Snapchat
- →Translate account performance into actionable insights
- →Manage and grow associate talent
Requirements
- ✓3–6+ years of paid social experience with hands-on ownership of 7-figure Meta accounts
- ✓Proven ability to manage campaigns toward real business outcomes
- ✓Deep understanding of tracking and measurement (Pixel + CAPI, event definitions, UTM hygiene)
- ✓Strong communication skills to explain performance to stakeholders
- ✓Experience in lead gen, healthcare, insurance, or high-consideration funnels is a plus
- ✓Applicants must be based in the United States.
