About the Role
Adyen is looking for a People Operations Partner to join the Global HR Innovations Team to drive international growth. This role focuses on supporting the development, management, and retention of Adyen's talented workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- →Execute and support the implementation of operational frameworks that drive efficiency and maintain a strong employee experience
- →Serve as a point of contact for People Operations cases, collaborating with different teams across the business
- →Work with Legal, Payroll, IT, HRBPs, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of people processes globally
- →Proactively identify opportunities to improve existing frameworks and drive transformative projects
- →Continuously optimize people processes to enhance scalability and employee experience
Requirements
- ✓6+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Generalist role, or similar
- ✓Proven track record of managing HR operations across European locations
- ✓Strong understanding of the local landscape in EMEA countries
- ✓Experience with HR compliance, employee lifecycle, and case management best practices
- ✓Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse)
- ✓Experience in improving HR processes through projects
- ✓Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive matters with integrity
- ✓Experience at a fast-paced, high growth, global company
