Key Responsibilities
- →Work across both the acquiring and issuing domains, applying network rules and risk principles to support end-to-end payment flows.
- →Take ownership of risk mitigation by championing a proactive risk culture within the first line of defense.
- →Stay up to date on Payment Network requirements and Adyen’s product evolution, translating updates into operational strategies.
- →Design and implement scalable processes to monitor customers’ portfolio, ensuring continuous alignment with Payment Networks.
- →Drive process improvements to ensure high-quality outcomes and risk mitigation scale alongside business growth.
- →Manage non-compliance notifications from networks by collaborating with customers and internal teams to resolve issues.
- →Partner with internal stakeholders to establish risk strategies that support global expansion and long-term business goals.
- →Act as a subject matter expert on PCI DSS, managing data security incidents and handling complex inquiries.
- →Navigate the global payment landscape by understanding technical infrastructure and how complex products interact.
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment; experience in acquiring or issuing is a significant plus.
- ✓Detail-oriented and organized, with a natural ability to use data to solve critical problems.
- ✓Solid understanding of Network rules and the payments landscape.
- ✓Excellent people skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- ✓Customer-centric approach, ensuring compliance requirements are implemented while delivering the best possible experience.
- ✓Comfortable stepping into a Project Manager role when collaborating with cross-functional teams.
