About the Role
We are looking for a Product Data Analyst to join the Customer Experience data team at Adyen. This role focuses on delivering proactive, data-informed insights to the Onboarding & Lifecycle product team, driving improvements that directly impact our (sub)merchants’ success.
Key Responsibilities
- →Transform complex findings into concise, actionable advice that influences strategy and drives product roadmap decision-making
- →Conduct deep-dive analyses to optimize product performance and elevate the customer experience
- →Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to support and influence product decisions based on analyses
- →Develop in-depth knowledge of Adyen’s Onboarding, KYC, Contracting and account lifecycle product space
- →Design and build easy-to-consume dashboards and self-serve data solutions
Requirements
- ✓At least 7+ years of working experience as a data analyst, preferably within a Customer Experience and Onboarding domain
- ✓Outstanding ability to distill complex datasets into clear, high-impact recommendations
- ✓Technically autonomous with strong critical thinking skills
- ✓Strong development experience with BI tools, particularly Looker
- ✓Expertise in writing performant Python and SQL queries
- ✓Experience with Airflow, PySpark, Pandas, PostgreSQL, and TrinoSQL
- ✓Ability to extend analytical data stack and troubleshoot technical issues
