About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Network Automation Engineer to join our Platform Engineering Solution team in Bengaluru. This role focuses on designing, creating, and maintaining automations and tooling to secure, scale, and deploy the Adyen network globally.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop applications and APIs to interface with our network equipment
- →Integrate our network stack with open source tooling to supply internal customers with self-service options
- →Automate the deployment of network devices and servers
- →Automate the configuration and inventory management of network hardware and connections
- →Create and maintain tools to monitor network performance and analyze irregularities
- →Develop new tools to manage remote network infrastructure
Requirements
- ✓Proficient scripting and programming in Python with at least 2 years of coding experience
- ✓Strong background in networking with at least 5 years of network engineering experience
- ✓Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or GNMI
- ✓Knowledge of core network routing protocols like BGP, OSPF, or ISIS
- ✓Good understanding and experience with Linux-based systems and their networking stack
- ✓Team-player who is open to feedback and able to work in a 24/7 environment
- ✓Effective communication in English
