About the Role
Adyen is seeking a Senior People Operations & Transformation Partner to join their Global HR Innovations Team. This role will help drive international growth by supporting the development, management, and retention of Adyen's talented workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- →Proactively review, analyze, and map complex people processes to design and implement automated solutions
- →Standardize and document People Operations policies and workflows company-wide
- →Utilize data to measure operational performance and propose changes based on clear business cases
- →Evaluate new HR technology and partner with People Analytics to drive innovation
- →Establish process governance standards across all people processes and systems
- →Act as an escalation point for complex HR process inquiries
- →Define requirements for system changes needed to support operational workflows
- →Execute configuration changes within the core HRIS to support process improvements
- →Support implementation of operational frameworks that drive efficiency
Requirements
- ✓8+ years of experience managing or scaling HR operations
- ✓Expertise in utilizing data and systems to enhance and scale processes
- ✓Experience with HRIS systems like Workday or Greenhouse
- ✓Ability to manage complex, end-to-end projects with cross-functional dependencies
- ✓Ability to break down processes and translate business needs into technical requirements
- ✓Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- ✓Curious, innovative mindset with the ability to challenge existing processes
- ✓Experience at a fast-paced, high growth, global company
- ✓Comfortable working across multiple time zones and cultures
