Key Responsibilities
- →Assist PM and/or CM in monitoring and executing design and construction contract administrative and technical requirements
- →Perform contract correspondence, document and plan control functions
- →Input data into management systems and prepare status reports
- →Attend and document project meetings
- →Maintain project filing and document management systems
- →Update and maintain sets of drawings, specifications and logs
- →Manage Request for Information (RFI) process
- →Manage submittal, design bulletin, and plan revision process
- →Perform expediting functions and maintain expediting log
- →Assist in project schedule status reporting and contractor progress evaluation
- →Manage correspondence flow for change requests and orders
- →Prepare requests for testing services and track QA/QC reports
- →Compile and track contract close-out documents
- →Conduct Design Review process for project deliverables
- →Organize weekly design reviews with stakeholders
- →Prepare project scopes of work for consultants
- →Support manager in developing project budgets, cost estimates and schedules
- →Review design and deliverables for compliance
- →Compile and maintain project records and documents
- →Assist in bid package preparation and review
- →Attend various project meetings
- →Support project close-out and warranty work
- →Contribute to stakeholder collaboration
Requirements
- ✓Experience in project management or construction administration
- ✓Strong organizational and documentation skills
- ✓Proficiency with project management software and systems
- ✓Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- ✓Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ✓Knowledge of construction contract requirements and processes
- ✓Ability to review and evaluate technical documents
- ✓Experience with RFI and submittal processes
- ✓Familiarity with project scheduling and cost estimation
