Key Responsibilities
- →Supports Senior Project Managers and Directors with strategic goals
- →Supervises Assistant Project Managers and coordinates their activities
- →Ensures project teams comply with execution and management plans
- →Engages with other project teams to confirm approach and review deliverables
- →Provides input to budget and schedule development
- →Participates in recruitment and performance reviews
- →Monitors and tracks project budgets
- →Provides specialized input to studies within area of expertise
- →Resolves complex coordination issues
- →Evaluates and applies standard industry techniques
- →Develops new processes for improved efficiency
- →Liaises with authorities for permits and approvals
- →Supports complex projects with resource appointment and budget control
- →Assists with bids
- →Acts as Project Manager on small to medium projects
- →Uses Earned Value Management to assess progress
- →Supports business development and client relationship management
- →Leads client communication and presentations
- →Coordinates with other disciplines
Requirements
- ✓Experience in project management and team supervision
