About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our Urbanism + Planning team in Dubai. This role involves overseeing pre-contract activities and operational project management to ensure seamless execution from initial planning through contract finalization.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage pre-contract activities including project scoping, feasibility analysis, and vendor evaluation
- →Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including proposals, contracts, and operational procedures
- →Conduct contract negotiations and reviews to protect organizational interests
- →Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks throughout the pre-contract and operational phases
- →Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to gather requirements
- →Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- →Prepare and present project status reports to senior management
- →Manage project documentation systems and maintain organized records
- →Facilitate onboarding of new projects and transition from pre-contract to operational phases
- →Analyze project performance data to identify improvement opportunities
