About the Role
We are looking for a BIM & CAD Designer to join our team. This role involves undertaking structural modelling and detailing on global projects using industry-standard software.
Key Responsibilities
- →Undertake structural modelling and detailing on global projects using Revit & AutoCAD
- →Develop bridge models in Revit from scratch
- →Prepare bridge drawings in AutoCAD
- →Review and monitor the production of drawings to maintain quality and accuracy
- →Create and edit drawings & sketches in compliance with AECOM Standards
- →Prepare and modify 3D BIM models for development of federated models
- →Maintain regular communication with clients and project leads
- →Liaise with team managers to keep informed of all project developments
- →Provide guidance to the project team, fostering a qualitative and client-focused culture
Requirements
- ✓Experience with BIM and CAD design
- ✓Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
- ✓Knowledge of structural modelling and detailing
- ✓Ability to develop bridge models and prepare drawings
- ✓Understanding of quality control in drawing production
- ✓Strong communication and collaboration skills
