About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager - Design to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This role involves leading complex design projects from conception to completion, ensuring successful execution and driving innovation in design processes.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for large-scale design initiatives
- →Lead and motivate cross-functional design teams, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence
- →Manage client relationships and stakeholder engagement, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle
- →Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial concept development to final implementation and closure
- →Identify and mitigate potential risks, developing contingency plans to ensure project success
- →Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria
- →Implement and maintain project management best practices and methodologies
- →Monitor project progress and performance metrics, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budgets
- →Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between team members, clients, and stakeholders
- →Conduct regular project status meetings and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management and clients
- →Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in design processes
- →Oversee quality assurance and design review processes to ensure deliverables meet standards
- →Manage vendor relationships, consultant contracts, and procurement activities
- →Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, environmental standards, and safety protocols
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in design or related fields
- ✓Strong leadership and team management skills
- ✓Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- ✓In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
- ✓Ability to develop comprehensive project plans and manage budgets
- ✓Experience in risk management and contingency planning
