About the Role
We are looking for a Transportation Project Manager to support exciting projects in our Phoenix, AZ office. This role requires demonstrated experience in project and client management of multi-disciplinary transportation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build strong relationships with existing and new clients, teaming partners, industry groups and stakeholders
- →Continue and strengthen client relationships within the Surface Transportation Industry, specific to public sector clients
- →Identify, pursue, and win Surface Transportation and infrastructure design projects
- →Coordinate and collaborate with other leaders within AECOM’s U.S. West Transportation Group
- →Serve as lead engineer, approving and signing off on work on local, state, and federal projects
- →Provide technical expertise for studies and design efforts
- →Perform technical reviews of work developed by others
- →Interact with clients to assure satisfaction with AECOM services
- →Drive project performance and manage a portfolio of projects
- →Collaborate with peers/leaders to leverage technical expertise and implement best practices
- →Participate in development of technical proposals
Requirements
- ✓Demonstrated experience in project and client management of multi-disciplinary transportation projects
- ✓Strong leadership and people accountability skills
- ✓Experience in the Surface Transportation Industry, specifically with public sector clients
