Key Responsibilities
- →Oversee day-to-day content updates and UI/UX-related development requests across aecom.com
- →Manage and mentor the Content Coordinator for timely task execution
- →Maintain quality control for all published content and site components
- →Analyse site performance and user behaviour to identify UI/UX improvements
- →Collaborate with design and development teams to define UI/UX standards
- →Advocate for accessibility, responsive design, and usability best practices
- →Work with developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver cohesive user experiences
- →Translate UI/UX recommendations into actionable requirements
- →Conduct usability testing to improve workflows and site navigation
- →Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and global accessibility standards
- →Escalate issues and recommend resolutions to Team Lead
- →Support junior team members in addressing routine issues
- →Perform moderately complex tasks in compliance with service level agreements
- →Propose alternatives in identified issues and assist in resolution
- →Contribute to process improvement initiatives
- →Provide specialized expertise to assigned projects
