About the Role
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support leadership and drive high-priority projects at AeroVect, a company transforming ground handling with autonomy.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collaborate with leadership to define, implement, and monitor company objectives
- →Drive execution of high-priority projects, ensuring timely delivery
- →Manage schedules, plan meetings, and improve communication processes
- →Act as a strategic partner to the executive team, providing insights and recommendations
- →Develop and maintain reports, presentations, and dashboards
- →Identify inefficiencies in workflows and implement solutions
- →Support investor and stakeholder relations by preparing materials
- →Take ownership of ad-hoc initiatives and special projects
- →Facilitate alignment sessions and team workshops
- →Lead internal communications to ensure employee updates
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Economics, Finance, or related field
- ✓Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects
