About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to join AeroVect, a company transforming ground handling with autonomy. This role sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, and product, supporting our commercial team with world-class collateral and ensuring deals advance on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build customer-facing collateral including pitch decks, technical briefs, RFP responses, and case studies
- →Provide contract support by assembling redlines, tracking versions, and coordinating with Legal and Finance
- →Manage sales operations by updating CRM and maintaining content library
- →Handle customer communication and calls throughout the sales cycle
- →Project-manage long sales cycles, managing timelines and identifying bottlenecks
Requirements
- ✓1-3 years in management consulting or investment banking
- ✓Expertise in PowerPoint and Excel, with ability to build models and slides quickly
- ✓Ability to speak up and keep team members accountable to timelines
- ✓Solid understanding of contract structures and legal intuition
- ✓Exceptional attention to detail and ability to track multiple items simultaneously
- ✓Bias for action and clear communication skills
- ✓Passion for aviation and enterprise sales
- ✓Familiarity with CRM hygiene and sales-enablement tooling
