About the Role
Agile Defense is seeking a highly technical Program Manager to lead an enterprise cybersecurity program delivering 24/7 CSOC services for federal customers. This role requires strategic leadership, operational oversight, and deep technical expertise across key mission areas.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead an enterprise cybersecurity program delivering 24/7 CSOC services
- →Analyze complex cybersecurity issues and recommend action plans
- →Serve as the primary contact for USG Government personnel
- →Develop and optimize operational workflows for functional teams
- →Research, evaluate, and recommend new security technologies
- →Provide technical writing support for RFP/RFQ responses
- →Support new Agile Defense engagements as transitional program or operations lead
- →Document business and workflow processes
- →Provide technical consultation in cyber security capability development
- →Serve as a technical Cyber SME and primary point of contact for customers
Requirements
- ✓Active PMP certification
- ✓ISC2 CISSP certification in good standing
- ✓Seven years of direct project and program management lead cybersecurity programs
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, STEM, Information Technology, or Cybersecurity
- ✓Minimum of seven years of professional experience with incident response, insider threat investigations, digital forensics, and cyber threats
- ✓Strong understanding of various operating systems, Windows Active Directory, network communications, and routing protocols
- ✓Familiarity with Zero Trust and Information Assurance
