About the Role
We are looking for an experienced design leader to join our creative department at a communication and branding agency. This role will own the creative standard for all design output across the agency, from concepting to final execution.
Key Responsibilities
- →Set the design standard across all agency work
- →Lead the visual realization of creative concepts across multiple mediums
- →Act as the final design authority, refining details and ensuring clarity
- →Collaborate with the creative team on larger projects
- →Lead and mentor the design team
- →Foster a design-first culture
- →Oversee projects from concept to completion
Requirements
- ✓7–10 years of design experience in an agency environment
- ✓Proven experience leading design across brand, campaign, and multi-channel work
- ✓Strong creative portfolio showing conceptual thinking and execution
- ✓Experience across print, digital, and brand identity systems
- ✓Strong communication skills
- ✓Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
