About the Role
Join our client's Human Resources Department as a Talent Advisor. This role plays a key part in supporting the client's workforce through inclusive, values-driven recruitment and onboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead and coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, from applicant review to finalized employment agreements.
- →Prepare and maintain accurate hiring documentation, compensation, and benefit information.
- →Ensure timely communication and follow-up with new hires to foster a positive onboarding experience.
- →Manage ADP Workforce Now setup and data accuracy, liaising with Payroll and Finance to maintain integrity of employee records.
- →Support seasonal and adhoc recruitment efforts such as Summer, After-School Program Workers and Internship Program.
- →Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure clarity, accuracy, and timeliness throughout the recruitment cycle.
- →Contribute to the continuous improvement of the talent department and actively participate in ongoing talent initiatives across the organization.
Requirements
- ✓Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- ✓4+ years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition or HR coordination.
- ✓Knowledge of internal talent mapping, promotions or interdepartmental recruitment efforts.
- ✓Strong communication and relationship-building skills across diverse teams and departments.
- ✓Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now (or similar HRIS/ATS platforms)
- ✓Experience drafting employment agreements, managing due diligence, and coordinating onboarding.
- ✓Foundational knowledge of employment and labour laws.
- ✓Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and strong attention to detail.
