About the Role
We are looking for a Social Media Manager to join Air Apps, a family-founded company creating an AI-powered Personal & Entrepreneurial Resource Planner. You will develop and execute innovative social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- →Create, curate, and schedule engaging content, including text, images, and short-form videos
- →Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster a positive online community
- →Track and analyze key performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and refine strategies
- →Stay informed about social media trends, platform updates, and best practices
- →Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other team members to ensure cohesive content
- →Develop and manage social media advertising campaigns to maximize engagement and conversion rates
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- ✓Around 4+ years of experience managing social media campaigns and online communities
- ✓Strong copywriting skills with a deep understanding of brand voice and messaging
- ✓Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar platforms
- ✓Familiarity with social media analytics tools and ability to translate data into actionable insights
- ✓Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Creative mindset with an eye for visual storytelling and content engagement
