About the Role
The Business Analyst APAC will join Airbnb's Chief Business Officer organization, supporting the growth of Airbnb in Asia Pacific. This role involves conducting data analysis, market research, and creating insights to support strategic decision making.
Key Responsibilities
- →Conduct data-driven deep-dives on business metrics like supply, demand, and conversion
- →Derive key conclusions and recommendations to address problems and identify growth opportunities
- →Produce reports using external data sources to understand market size, growth, and trends
- →Respond to internal stakeholder inquiries with high-quality data analysis
- →Work cross-functionally on projects requiring team support
- →Contribute to key projects supporting the Director of Homes
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field
- ✓+5 years of experience in related functions
- ✓MBA is a plus
- ✓Based in Singapore
- ✓Skilled user of Excel, Tableau, and Superset
- ✓Proficient with SQL, large databases, and raw data
- ✓Strong spoken and written English language skills
- ✓Strong analytical and communication skills
- ✓Attention to both details and macro-level outcomes
- ✓Proactive and results-driven approach
