About the Role
We are looking for a Programs and Business Strategy Lead to help drive the expansion of Airbnb’s new Services business. This role will support senior leaders while owning projects that shape the future of Services.
Key Responsibilities
- →Use SQL and advanced spreadsheet skills to surface insights and build scalable reporting
- →Partner with Analytics and Finance teams to deliver actionable insights to leadership
- →Lead and contribute to initiatives that drive growth and efficiency for Services
- →Work closely with product, marketing, finance, operations, and supply teams
- →Take ownership of assigned initiatives—shaping plans, owning outcomes, and identifying opportunities to scale
- →Develop high-quality presentations that communicate strategy, insights, and business performance
Requirements
- ✓10+ years in strategy, operations, or business leadership roles within high-growth environments
- ✓BA/BS required; MBA or equivalent preferred
- ✓Advanced SQL, Excel, and Google Sheets skills with the ability to translate data into strategy
- ✓Proven ability to execute complex programs, improve processes, and manage multiple priorities
- ✓Strong presentation and storytelling skills
- ✓Track record of aligning diverse teams and fostering accountability
- ✓Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working independently in a startup-like environment
- ✓Positive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented mindset with genuine enthusiasm for Airbnb’s mission
