About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Sourcer to join our team at Airbnb. This role focuses on identifying and engaging top technical talent for our product engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work closely with hiring managers to develop and execute sourcing strategies
- →Build a pipeline of top talent through multiple sourcing channels
- →Conduct research to understand the competitive landscape
- →Create and execute innovative sourcing strategies and recruiting campaigns
- →Engage and qualify technical candidates for relevant openings
- →Develop a strong understanding of the recruiting process and drive improvements
- →Track the progress of leads/candidates with great attention to detail
- →Regularly track and analyze pipeline and performance data
- →Represent the company with integrity and professionalism
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of sourcing experience for a consumer facing web startup
- ✓3+ years of sourcing experience for web & mobile engineering roles
- ✓Demonstrated track record of identifying and hiring exceptional technical talent
- ✓Expertise in creative and strategic sourcing across multiple channels
- ✓Strong data proficiency with the ability to analyze funnel metrics
- ✓Exceptional interviewing, communication, organizational and problem solving skills
- ✓Strong interpersonal and consultative skills
- ✓Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- ✓Hands-on experience with Greenhouse (ATS) and/or GEM is a plus
- ✓Ability to maintain strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates
