Key Responsibilities
- →Lead development and execution of advanced, data-driven digital marketing strategies
- →Work at the intersection of behavioural analytics, marketing technology, and customer-centric marketing
- →Use data to inform strategy, optimize performance across owned and direct channels
- →Develop audience and channel strategy with cross-functional teams
- →Perform deep-dive analysis and translate insights into clear recommendations
Requirements
- ✓7+ years’ experience in customer, digital, or marketing analytics in an enterprise environment
- ✓Advanced SQL capability with experience in Snowflake or comparable cloud data warehouses
- ✓Experience working with large, event-level datasets for segmentation, automation, and performance optimization
- ✓Proven experience with marketing automation, personalization, and experimentation tools
- ✓Strong understanding of data modelling for activation, measurement, and scalable design
- ✓Experience designing structured experimentation frameworks like A/B testing
- ✓Ability to translate complex analysis into clear, commercially grounded insights
- ✓Cross-functional partnership experience with Marketing, Martech, and Data teams
- ✓Senior analytical voice within a squad or tribe
- ✓Solid understanding of customer data governance, privacy, and data protection regulations
