About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join Airwallex, a unified payments and financial platform for global businesses. This role focuses on maintaining existing customers and optimizing customer service processes.
Key Responsibilities
- →Deeply maintain existing customers in target markets according to company market strategy
- →Build and operate customer self-service platforms and automated customer service tools
- →Provide proactive service to existing customers and efficiently respond to inquiries
- →Collaborate with strategy, product, and R&D teams to identify customer needs and drive product optimization
- →Work with marketing, sales, and customer management teams to cultivate and挖掘 dormant and high-potential customers
- →Identify potential business risks by collaborating with operations, risk control, and compliance teams
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's degree or above, fluent in Chinese and English
- ✓2+ years of experience in customer service, customer experience, or customer success
- ✓Preference for experience in enterprise service field and cross-border出海 leading companies
- ✓Ability to combine front-line business and platform tool system building and optimization, and make decisions based on data analysis
- ✓Results-oriented with growth mindset and curiosity
