About the Role

We are looking for a Growth Content Marketing Manager to join Airwallex's Marketing team. This role will own and scale Airwallex's growth and demand generation content engine globally on the payments product, working closely with global and regional teams across Growth, Product Marketing, Product, SEO, Performance Marketing, and Lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

→Build Growth Content Marketing as a global discipline at Airwallex, establishing best practices, scalable processes, and a high-performing team
→Own the end-to-end demand gen content strategy, spanning SEO, gated assets, mid-funnel conversion content, and product-led narratives
→Write, edit, and ship high-impact content including SEO pillar pages, ebooks, whitepapers, and one-pagers
→Partner with Product Marketing and Product to translate technical capabilities into clear, compelling content
→Use insights to improve ICP targeting, segmentation, messaging, and content distribution
→Work with SEO and Performance Marketing to align content with keyword intent and conversion goals
→Measure and iterate content based on performance data
→Build a structured experimentation mindset to scale what performs and refresh what doesn't
→Balance short-term growth with long-term investments in evergreen content

Requirements

✓6+ years of experience in growth content marketing, demand gen content, or SEO-led content roles
✓Proven track record of creating content that drives measurable business outcomes
✓Exceptional writing and editing skills for technical products
✓Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals
✓Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze content performance
✓Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Product, SEO, and Performance teams
✓Comfort working in a fast-paced, global environment
✓Experience managing freelancers or agencies
✓Familiarity with CMS, SEO, analytics, and experimentation tools
