About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Security Engineer to join our team. This dual-role position is ideal for a recent graduate who is eager to start a career in information security, focusing on operational defense and core access management within our multi-cloud environment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Monitor our SIEM dashboard for incoming alerts from the multi-cloud production environment and user endpoints
- →Assist in ensuring security agents are functioning correctly across all user devices
- →Contribute to compliance efforts by assisting in documentation and reporting related to SIEM alerting
- →Process and fulfill basic IAM tickets to grant, modify, or revoke user access to applications
- →Assist in the development and maintenance of basic scripting and automation for identity and access management
- →Assist with routine tasks related to user account creation, disabling, password management, and account lockouts
- →Act as a first point of contact to answer common security and access-related questions
Requirements
- ✓1–3 years of experience in Security Operations, IAM, or a technical System Administration role
- ✓Practical understanding of the SIEM lifecycle and IAM principles
- ✓Hands-on familiarity with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- ✓Comfort navigating Linux environments
- ✓Ability to read and write basic scripts (Python, Bash, or PowerShell)
- ✓Strong documentation skills and a disciplined approach to following security playbooks
- ✓Strong verbal and written communication skills
