About the Role
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the Marketing department at Ajax Systems, a leading European manufacturer of security systems trusted by over 4.5 million users worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- βProcess payment requests from the Marketing department
- βCreate payment applications and other documents in 1Π‘ for service payments
- βManage the payment process, update statuses, and provide feedback
- βWork with departmental budget
- βAssign tasks to the legal department for service agreements
- βManage departmental documentation (primary and contractual documents, orders, and budgets)
- βOrder devices based on colleague requests
- βProvide administrative and informational support to the department
- βParticipate in building administrative processes and procedures
Requirements
- βProficient user of Google Docs
- βEnglish language - pre-intermediate level
- βKnowledge of Jira, 1Π‘, SAP, and practical experience with these systems
- βBasic knowledge of accounting and legal affairs is a plus
