About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Ajax Systems, a leading European manufacturer of security systems. This role involves providing technical support to internal users and onboarding new customers.
Key Responsibilities
- βProvide technical support to internal users: consultations, resolving requests, and helping with technical issues.
- βOnboard new users: conduct training sessions, instructions, and support new users throughout the process.
- βCreate and update documentation: write instructions, user manuals, FAQs, and other support materials.
- βCollect and analyze feedback: study user needs and form recommendations for improvement.
- βParticipate in the development of new functionality: interact with the development team, participate in testing new features, and provide ongoing support.
Requirements
- βExperience in technical support or customer service (B2B experience will be a plus).
- βStrong communication skills (written and verbal).
- βEnglish language - B2 (upper-intermediate).
- βService-oriented thinking: a desire to help users and focus on problem-solving.
- βAttention to detail, responsibility, and proactivity.
- βWillingness to learn quickly and understand new technologies.
